- Most members are NMDC slots for organism identity, strain verification, purity and biosafety. A few are MIxS slots, such as host_taxid, source_mat_id and estimated_size.
- The form template itself is access-restricted; each alias source points to the public JGI submission overview. To keep this subset exhaustive, add in_subset jgi_isolate wherever a JGI Isolate v19 structured_alias is added, at the same scope the alias lives (global slot or class slot_usage).
